dream

                     Everyone has dreams. Some dreams are pleasant, having you happy. But others can make you awake the whole nights.
                     There are some ways to keep away these had dreams or nightmares. My parents used to say that you should not eat anything heavy before bedtimes. forget the five course dinner that start at 9.00 p.m. Instead, have a chapatti, rice, or a bowl of porridge. Let the food digest before ypu hop into bed.
                      Some people believe that you will dream of what you have been thinking of just before bedtime. For instant, a teenager about to sit before his PMR or SPM exams kept dreaming being trapped in a huge collapsing house. He must have been thinking of what would happen if he did badly for his exams. ////make it a point not to think of problems before bedtimes.
                     Of course, if you spend the entire day being unhappy and worried about everything, you will also have nightmares. A girl who was worried about her weight all the time kept dreaming that people were always making fun of her. She found it traumatic. She could instead try to worry less by having positive thoughts and talking to someone about her problems.
